My journey into the world of natural health started years ago with a few twists and turns. I grew up thinking I wanted to be a pediatrician, following my older sister into the world of allopathic (western or modern) medicine. I have a bachelor’s degree in Biology. I planned on taking the MCATs for medical school entrance before graduating. But, the Lord had other plans and I felt a strong sense to stop pursuing that dream. Instead, my heart was led toward a season of being a wife, and mother to 4 amazing sons here on earth, and 3 girls in heaven with Jesus. I have homeschooled my children for 20 years and have taught my sons to be on a lifelong journey of learning. It’s not about knowing all the information or just memorizing facts, but knowing where to find the information and what to do with it when you find it. Caring for my family, I was drawn to health and healing the way God designed it – through nature & His creation. Now, it was my turn to determine what I would do with the information I had found.
My own health challenges became a catalyst for my journey when I was diagnosed with severe anemia a few years ago. My doctor wanted me to take a synthetic supplement saying nothing “natural” would have worked. Well, my stubborn streak kicked in. I took a whole foods supplement and went for my weekly testing. My numbers were steadily improving and within a couple of weeks the doctor still refused to admit that the natural supplement worked better than he expected (although he was very pleased with my lab results) but told me to “keep doing what I was doing”. Well, I have done just that.
Over the past few years, I have been studying natural health from a holistic perspective including nutrition, herbs, and essential oils. Last year I felt the Lord again leading me on this lifelong journey of health and wholeness. This time He was saying “Now it’s time to approach healing MY way”. So continues the journey to Naturally Blessed Health.
I am a Board-Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine through American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board and a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through Trinity School of Natural Health. I also am certified in Herbalism, Nutritional Counseling, and Aromatherapy. Now, it is my turn to pass on the information I’ve gathered so that you may learn to use it as you reach your health goals and achieve a greater level of personal wholeness. Let’s continue this journey together as you step forward into the wholeness God has for you.
Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].

It all began when I was in 8th grade and health became my favorite subject in school. This became a journey of learning as well as personal growth. Growing up, my mom had always taught me to read ingredient labels at the store and understand more about what I am digesting. As I grew older, God began to show me that I honor Him when I care for my well-being since I am the house He loves to dwell in. When I had to decide what to do after high school, I discovered my passion for massage therapy and placed the nutrition sphere of work to the side. I graduated from the European Medical School of Massage in 2019 and began my personal business. Ephrata Medical Massage is now thriving and I truly give God praise for His countless blessings through this business. In August of 2021, I decided to revisit my pursuit of business in the nutrition world. I began taking a course through The Nutritious Life Studio under Keri Glassmen and have loved learning more about the ingredients that produce a healthy and balanced lifestyle. In moving forward, I hope to inspire each unique person through the tools of accountability, transparency, and commitment to fulfill their God-given destiny happily, healthy and whole.
